A Gift Guide for the Knitter

With Christmas approaching I thought I would put together a little Gift Guide for the knitter in your life. It was so much fun curating some of my all-time favourite products and also some I have had my eye on for a little while into this spread for you.

I hope you enjoy and this guide might be a help to you!

1. Yarn Swift
Such a handy tool for the knitter who purchases their yarn in skeins - and a saviour for the relative always enlisted to hold the yarn whilst they wind it into balls!

2. Knit Vintage
I absolutely adore this book. I want to knit almost every garment in it. A must for the knitter who loves vintage and retro fashion.

3. Fox Yarn Bowl
Isn't this little fox just adorable? Handmade and also featuring three different sized holes to slot your needles into when you aren't knitting.

4. Set of 5 Double Pointed Needles
These are the brand of DPNs I purchased, and their excellent quality made knitting in the round an absolute breeze. For someone like me, who is still a little uncomfortable juggling four or five needles at once, these DPNs make a world of difference

5. Wool of the Andes Roving
This beautiful roving is availabe in 9 gorgeous colours, just waiting to be spun with! Suitable for beginner spinners, this has long been on my wishlist.

6. Wire Basket
What a lovely way to have a selection of your yarn stash on display

7. Sheep & Kitten Mug
Tea or coffee - which ever is your preferred beverage - is an essential to any crafting session

8. Bare Swish DK Yarn
DK (8ply) weight Superfine Merino yarn ready for dyeing

9. Prism Hawthorne Value Pack
A gorgeous pack featuring 18 full sized hanks of Hawthorne Yarns, totalling 6426 yards of yarn altogether!

Also, Knit Picks has a big sale happening this week with up to 60% off, so you might want to check that out here too.

On Friday I'll be featuring one more gift guide for the Baker - see you then!
