Designing for Hazel Deer

I'm lucky enough to have the gorgeous Hazel Deer staying for a little while. Whilst it is of course still the middle of summer, Hazel is here to be fitted for her autumn and winter wardrobe. Who is Hazel Deer you may be asking? She's the beautiful creation of Megan from Dolly Henry, and has recently been published as a PDF pattern. Hazel has a heap of personality and is a very loveable little deer.

I love having a design challenge, and after Megan requested a knitted outfit for Hazel at the very end of last year, I started plotting and planning of what I could make her. Today I decided was the perfect week to begin work on Hazel's outfit.
A little jumper for Hazel is planned, and perhaps another outfit or two. She's going to be a very stylish deer come winter.
I'm very excited to share the finished items here with you because they will be available as patterns to make to go with Hazel Deer!

If you like to sew you'll want to check out Hazel Deer over in the Dolly Henry shop. Megan has also just released some limited edition Hazel Supply Kits, too.

What have you been making lately?
I hope you have had a good start to the week!
