Loving // Harvesting from the garden. This morning I gathered a massive basket of passionfruit, more zucchinis, eggplants, rosellas, basil and 5 cucumbers
Eating // More stuffed zucchinis
Drinking // Rosella cordial
Feeling // Excited for the new year
Making // More dried dandelions for tea, except this time I am air drying them rather than using the dehydrator. I'd love a beautiful rack like this one, but for now my leaves are strung with some twine from a coat hanger. Not so pretty but it does the job :-)
Thinking // About reading some books over the coming weeks. Since it's holiday season, and knitting is not a summer craft, I plan on crossing some books of my want-to-read-list. I've always wanted to read Jane Austen's books, as I enjoy the films, and the penguin classics cover design is so appealing. I plan on starting with this one or this one.
Dreaming // Of sweet Missy-Moo calving in April. I long to have our own milk and cream again, to enjoy the slow cheesemaking days and the delightful routine of daily milking.
I'd like to wish you all a very Merry Christmas. I hope you enjoy your celebrations, however small or large they might be.
I'll be back after Christmas or in the new year with a new series for 2016, new recipes, a post about baking spelt sourdough and no doubt more animal stories!
Until then, stay safe and enjoy the holidays!

You have a lovely Christmas too. I also plan on catching up with some reading. I've got piles of books lying around the house that have been untouched for months. Time to crack the spines on them, I say.
