Spelt Sourdough Made Simple eBook | Launch Date + How You Can Pre-Order

As I promised earlier this week, today I'm sharing with you all the details for my soon-to-be-published eBook - Spelt Sourdough Made Simple. It's very exciting!
I've spent the last month busily writing about all you need to know to make whole spelt sourdough. You can also purchase this eBook if you're interested in baking sourdough from whole wheat flour, as the two are entirely interchangeable, and also if you bake with more refined versions of spelt.

The eBook includes a recipe for making your own spelt starter (along with more delicious sourdough recipes to use it in!), how to care for it between bakes, the differences between baking with whole spelt rather than refined flours, a variety of proving schedules to help you slot sourdough baking into your everyday routine, and much more.
It comes in PDF format which makes it easy to download and view on any device, and you can also easily print off pages should you want a recipe or section of a chapter on paper.

Spelt Sourdough Made Simple is all about helping you make beautiful, delicious loaves with perfect ease and showing you how simple sourdough baking really is. The recipes and techniques remove the fuss and overwhelm that comes with many other sourdough recipes- sourdough baking is truly enjoyable and so easy to fit into your everyday life!

The eBook will be published on August 1, but you can pre-order it for a special price for a limited time!
If you pre-order Spelt Sourdough Made Simple by July 15 you receive it for $20, after which the price will be $25.
